You'll be expected to perform complex assignments, make independent decisions on problems and methods, be able to work independently on medium-size projects, as well as assist more-senior scientists and engineers on larger projects.
Candidate must be able to direct and mentor junior staff, manage tasks, and assist Project Managers and other senior level personnel. Task management responsibilities may include developing proposals and contract fees, managing scope, budget, schedule, and guiding less experienced staff to task completion.
