HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Compliance Investigator, Fraud Investigations will report to the Director, Investigative Services in the Compliance & Risk Management Department. This role is responsible for investigating fraud reports and other incidents, preparing incident summaries, updating and maintain investigation logs, and answering various incident-related questions.

  • Assist in all stages of investigation, as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with fraud policies and procedures
  • Identify fraud issues and consult with the Director, Investigative Services on resolutions
  • Triage incidents reported to Fraud Investigations
  • Assist in maintaining internal reporting to comply with company policies
  • Assist with incident summaries and breach notifications
  • Documents all investigative activities and prepares written reports of findings
  • Maintains records, databases, logs, and other needed documentation related to fraudulent activity
  • Other duties as assigned


IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Prior experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles related to investigations
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Prior work experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to problem-solve and propose resolutions
  • Operate efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within specified timelines
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dependable
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and understand processes and regulatory requirements of the firms various lines of business
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High ethical standards
  • Team player, ability to work well with different personalities
