HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

This is a new role for Inspira Financial and will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) organizations Investor & Member Services team. The IMS Reporting & Operations Team is being formed to address the growing needs of the business including developing a workforce strategy and formal reporting strategy to proactively predict, effectively plan and monitor performance of resources and operations:

  • Developing strategy for workforce planning and operational performance supporting Inspiras Service Operations.
  • Aligning and directing the management, development, and integration of various sources of data and business intelligence to support the growing needs of Inspira Financials client engagement platforms for calls, chat, emails, etc.
  • Optimizing workforce planning across internal and external staff during peaks and valleys during the normal course of business which can range from 350 FTEs to more than 800 FTEs
  • Developing management reporting to help assess and anticipate staffing needs that align with the companys goals
  • Developing and reporting of leading / lagging key performance metrics to monitor performance and quality
  • Developing and executing playbook for mergers & integration of traditional call center operations
  • Responsible for achieving SLAs, internal and external benchmarking, and metrics
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process as well as planning for future growth
  • Overseeing all aspects of employee and team management including performance review, compensation cycle, mentoring and coaching staff, etc


The IMS Reporting & Operations Team will support both the Health & Benefits and Retirement & Wealth Divisions. In addition, the team will be responsible for Workforce planning and related productivity tools, IVR platform and related technologies, KPI and management reporting.

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • 15+ years of experience in a financial or healthcare services industry
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in a large, matrixed organization
  • 15+ years of similar reporting / management reporting experience
  • Six Sigma experience a plus
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Masters Degree a plus
