HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Data Maintenance Technician (DMT) will assist with maintaining data integrity between Inspira and clients including file layouts, client education on file requirements and transmissions. The DMT will analyze inbound and outbound client data files for accuracy and consistency and will provide feedback to Clients, and other Inspira Departments in a timely and accurate manner. They will assist with various internal procedures such as initiating new plan years, locking old plan years, assisting with new client setup etc. The DMT will provide timely and accurate feedback to clients, third party vendors, and internal parties.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Proprietary software, Intranet Tools, internal company processes and procedures as required.
  • Ability to analyze client files to ensure integrity and accuracy of data received from clients, that it conforms to company specifications
  • Investigate data issues and inconsistencies and resolve problems
  • Establish file feeds with clients, brokers, etc.
  • Recognize opportunities for automation, even if outside of the scope of the Technicians experience.
  • Assist with internal client transitions
  • Receive and respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients and staff
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Act as a liaison between Clients, COD Specialists, and IT regarding file layouts, upload procedures, client education, and respond to all questions and concerns regarding plans and files
  • Perform job-related duties and projects as required to meet department and or company objectives
  • Keep abreast of current state and federal laws and regulations affecting benefits including, but not limited to, Section 132, Section 125 and Section 105 Plans, Section 223, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA and COBRA
