If you want to join our team, we have an opportunity for a Client Service Analyst. To be successful in this role you will identify, document and lead opportunities for continuous improvement. To advance these projects you'll have to build and leverage mutually beneficial relationships and networks internally. Through your knowledge and information, you'll need to effectively synthesise information both verbally and in writing. We want to ensure we communicate efficiently and effectively so that questions are addressed quickly and accurately.

As you gain experience, we'll expect you to demonstrate resiliency and sound judgment in dealing with business and corporate change management. You'll be organised and methodical in your approach, demonstrating strong project management and process skills.

As your stakeholders may be located anywhere across the globe, you'll have to effectively work with virtual and diverse teams, both internally and externally being sensitive to time zones, and cross vertical collaboration. This will require you to demonstrate strong organisational awareness, communication and interpersonal skills.

Location - This position is a hybrid position located in Chicago, IL. You will be required to work onsite one day a week in our Chicago office.

Main Role Responsibilities:
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives
  • Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with all Circana business units
  • Develop and own process migration plans between systems and processes
  • Identifying areas of improvement and prioritize based on company and/or client impact
  • Ensuring compliance with standard operational procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and communicate status reports to update and measure performance internally
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives
  • Train and mentor team members outside of your direct reporting structure
  • Suggest creative techniques, tools, and processes to improve all aspects of client and team performance
  • A willingness to understand new technology capabilities and deliver training to users that will maximize its utility

Qualifications/Skills:
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize various computer software, including MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • Experience with retail and/or CPG is a plus
  • Strong project management and process skills
  • Able to engage in consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in business, analytics, data, technology

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $35,000 to $65,000.
