Expected pay for this position is $35.33 - $41.57/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Application Analyst is responsible to evaluate, plan, design, configure and project manage implementations to customers of commercial software application systems specifically relating to the general ledger, fixed asset, and accounts payable modules. Analyze, test, and troubleshoot installed systems. Provide documentation to support system design, testing, and training. Assist with the management of customer expectations and interactions as well as participate in team quality management initiatives. Regularly travels up to 40% to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year of work related experience within Finance in an integrated healthcare environment.
Previous experience with key OSF Systems, including Premier.
Previous experience in training.
Understanding of healthcare provider finance and financial accounting systems, healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc.
Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs.
Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines and ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly.
CPA or CMA
