Job Description
What we offer you:- A 3-month contract, with a 3-month review and possibility of an extension.
- 20-40 hours of work each week.
- $50.00 per hour.

What you'll do:
- Partner with corporate recruiters and the Manager of Talent Acquisition to understand talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills.
- Use data insights from the applicant tracking system to craft and execute dynamic sourcing strategies that address both immediate vacancies and build a pipeline of prospects for strategic growth across multiple domains.
- Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, events, and sourcing campaigns, various institutions like high schools, technical colleges, universities, military installations, and local communities.
- Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to identify exceptional ability, for some positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
You'll need to have:
- 1099 ability.
- High school diploma.
- 5 or more years of sourcing experience.
- Your own laptop, phone, and internet.
- Boolean search operators and x-ray searches.
- Subscriptions to common sourcing tools such as Indeed, Factory Fix, LinkedIn Recruiter, SingnalHire, Redit, Seekout, HireEZ, Facebook, and Glassdoor.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Workday.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Experience creating queries and pulling data from applicant tracking systems (ATS) to discover and analyze trends and influence sourcing strategies, preferred.
