Major Duties :

Focus of role is on execution of a program initiated to deliver a change in the strategic direction of business function activities as identified by the enterprise program and articulated by the project stream's executive sponsor and execution lead

Carries out complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/ or ambiguous issues which will deliver alignment to industry standards and frameworks
Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity across lines of defense.

Knowledge : Excellent oral and written communication skills are required to effectively manage across all levels of the organization.

In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.

Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.

Experience : Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 15+ years and/or equivalent experience.
