We're hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with a growing consulting firm in Chicago in hiring an HRIS Coordinator to start immediately. This is a newly created role on a temp-to-hire basis.

Job Summary:

The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role ensures data integrity, provides system support, and generates reports to assist in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system problems.
  • Perform regular system audits and recommend enhancements to improve functionality.
  • Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to meet organizational needs.
  • Assist with the implementation of new HRIS modules or system upgrades.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and other system users.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
  • Maintain documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HRIS, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in HRIS or related field.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
