Job Description
Position Highlights:
SIGN-ON BONUS: $7,500
Location: 130 S. Main Street and 701 Main Street, Lombard, IL
Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time, 20 hours weekly
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00pm to 6:00am. Weekend rotation, every other Friday and Saturday.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine A-Step On-Line Clinical Modules Technologist Education Program within 90 days of hire
Demonstrates computer proficiency and familiarity of Microsoft Office Applications
Minimum six months of direct patient care experience or
Completion of a medical assistant or nursing assistant program within the past six months
Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates appropriate social skills and the ability to follow direction
Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross
What you will do:
A Sleep Technologist Registered develops competency in and performs the basics of polysomnographic testing and associated interventions under the direction of a Sleep Technologist Registere II and/or III in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
