Card Tech's Top of House team is looking for a strategic, creative, collaborative lead to serve as our Programs & Operations Communications Lead. This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategy for keeping organizational leaders informed and for partnering with key stakeholders to craft and manage the entire communications ecosystem for the organization, including communications for our core programs. In this role, you'll ensure our communications to associates and leaders are strategic, impactful, and well managed.

The Top of House team is looking for a candidate with a passion for clarity and impact, and can orchestrate multiple high priority initiatives seamlessly, and has a technical aptitude. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for well crafted communications that drive action and results, has strong program and process management skills, can identify strategic areas of opportunity for our organization and turn those ideas into reality, and is obsessed with understanding the customer and work in order to deliver strategic leverage and value. Success in the role will require high levels of collaboration and the ability to partner closely with stakeholders and senior leaders across all areas to influence and ensure buy-in, and the ability to deeply understand the technical landscape in order to deliver high value relevant communications for a variety of audiences.

You are independent, can work autonomously, and are comfortable owning the end-to-end experience for project development with little direction
