Purpose And Scope
Grow with the Tru Vue organization as they expand their sales of high-performance glass, polycarbonate and acrylic products. Seeking a sales professional to maintain existing profitable customer accounts while at the same time capturing substantial new growth in adjacent markets.

Expected Outcomes/Job Functions
Come grow with Tru Vue. Working closely with Business Development team, this sales professional will be part of a Tru Vue organization that will grow existing profitable customers and be tasked to expand sales into near adjacent markets.
Grow the existing book of profitable business by developing, managing, and retaining relationships with external customers and market influencers.
Develop call strategies to keep potential customers engaged while building the Tru Vue brand reputation within the various market applications.
Establish strong relationships with customers to share solutions and develop credibility.
Learn and utilize detailed quoting tools to deliver rapid customer quotations.
Develop understanding of our production processes, capabilities, and parameters to effectively communicate with our customers in regards product specifications.
Maintain and provide updates and TGA (Technical Glass and Acrylic) sales information to leadership and other areas.
Document quotation activity and wins in tracking tool(s) like CRM.

Expand sales into new adjacent markets with duties that include researching, analyzing, and contacting potential customers in the target markets.
Execute sales plans to meet the needs of the new target customers.
Manage execution for new sales and marketing by targeting, messaging, execution, and tracking novel business opportunities.
Identify, map and articulate business strengths and value propositions for adjacent market needs to expand and enhance current and new business.
Amend and update tools for maximum benefits to both the new customers at Tru Vue.
Must be able to collaborate with customer and Tru Vue manufacturing that matches our capabilities with the new customer's needs.
Incorporate information into future sales plans. Define customer requirements and leverage internal teams to satisfy that need.

Education and Experience: (minimum requirements)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate ability to understand, utilize, and communicate technical information.
Prefer prior experience in technical sales; preferably experience in glass, polycarbonate and acrylic sales.
Proven technical product and application experience in direct sales relationships with OEM's is preferred.
A good understanding of financial concepts and principals.
Travel between 50-80%
Skills
Experience in executing technical sales.
Results oriented.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with both external/internal customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Financial skills including budgeting and forecasting.
Strong networking abilities.
Ability to secure a robust sales process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
