Regional Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our IG North Subregion. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance for the assigned plants within the region. Will work closely with the Site and Technical teams, with a focus on driving consistency in maintenance activities. This includes improving execution efficiency, utilizing effective maintenance tools and methodologies, and developing talent. The expectation of the Regional Maintenance Supervisor is to improve plant reliability and decrease costs, in direct support of the business. This position reports to the North Maintenance Manager.

Required Skills / Abilities:
Actively lead maintenance for the assigned plants, supporting production facilities within the IG North subregion.
Work closely with Maintenance, Plant, Line and Technical Teams, with a focus on driving consistency in maintenance activities.
Improving execution efficiency, utilizing effective maintenance tools and methodologies, and developing talent.
Drive consistency in organization, the expectations of the regional maintenance supervisor are to improve plant reliability and decrease costs, in direct support of the business.
Residence based within Northeast or mid-west
Safety
Responsible for fostering a safe work culture, both directly and through peer influence
Serve as a subject matter expert for safe completion of work at facilities, through scope planning, execution, and training of personnel.
This is a safety sensitive position.
Cost
Collaborate with Maintenance, Line and Plant Management to establish the Fiscal Year Maintenance Budget
Develop the maintenance expense and capital long term strategic plan for assigned plants.
Accountable for the major maintenance spending of assigned plants
Approve and appropriately allocate (expense vs. capital) all major maintenance spending.
Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of Major and Routine maintenance spending, as well as plant capital spending.
Responsible for outage budgeting and spending results.
Leadership
Streamline process for collaborating with site teams on outage planning, including ownership of some parts of the process.
Champion the consistent use of maintenance systems, including budgeting and forecasting tools, SAP, outage planning, and resource scheduling.
Plant Support / Coordination
24/7 availability for operational emergencies
Provide or resource the necessary technical skills to support each activity.
Actively drive resolution to technical problems in real time, including scheduling meetings and interfacing with engineering teams
Identify and resolve systemic plant maintenance problems.
Initiate and drive improvement projects.
Locate and develop regional contractors for plant support.
Identification and delivery of maintenance training needs for plant and staff.
Support plant management with the recruitment of plant-based maintenance staff.
Ongoing optimization of preventive maintenance program.
Coordination with Materials Management and support refurbishment activities on complex spare parts.
Able to travel up to 40%.

Education and Licensing Requirements:
5+ years in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment with maintenance, operations or outage execution experience is desired.
Candidate must possess a strong safety focus and background.
SAP (Proficiency Required)
Strong leadership abilities, interpersonal skills, communication stills and business acumen.
Strong organizational planning skills with the ability to set priorities.
Strong working knowledge of operating plant systems including Maintenance, Machinery, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
Broad technical familiarity with motors, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, cooling towers, pressure vessels, and piping systems.
Degree in a technical trade school for instrumentation, mechanical, electrical, or military technical training is a plus. Related engineering degrees are also a plus. Relative experience will be given strong... For full info follow application link.
