Responsibilities:
* Communication by phone, fax, or email of product cuts, order delays and carrier information.
* Problem solving - wrong purchase order and shipment facilitation (short lead time orders, addition / deletion orders)
* Process orders in MATRICS
* Scheduling of Inbound and Outbound appointments, including customer back hauls * Coordinate and track custom modules
* Vehicle Sizing and monitoring trucks to make sure proper weight and CAW metrics are achieved
* Responsible for truck board accuracy in MATRICS
* Working with CSC's and NFP's to confirm product availability and/or adjust orders
* Tracking OSCOT delay disservices
* Monitoring and reconciling shipments (over/short) and returns
* Create bar codes production PRNs and bay signs
* Assist Materials Manager with reporting
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor
* Communicate and reinforce department's vision, mission , goals, and carry out action plan for accomplishment
* Support the Champaign team at all times
* Maintain a sense of urgency toward the business
* Exhibit initiative to address issues before someone prompts with questions
* Constantly strive to improve processes on an on-going basis
* Exhibit a positive outlook and can-do attitude in accomplishing goalsLocation(s)Champaign Plant
