Senior Financial Analyst at a Glance....
This is a Global role where the Senior Financial Analyst is expected to support the Global BU/HQ functions in identifying and resolving variances between the internal financial reporting tool (SST) and external financial reporting tool (HFM). The senior analyst is expected to lead the variance analysis discussions, propose solutions and recommend solutions by working with local regional controllership teams, the FP&A teams and IT.

What's on the menu?
Work with Global BU/HQ Functions in identifying and resolving variances between Financial Reporting systems
Support month-end close reconciliation of internal financial reporting system (SST) to external reporting system (HFM) globally
Support and execute financial restatements
Assist in the implementation and execution of Global Controllership projects
Participate in Data Governance Council meetings - where data changes to Financial Reporting Systems are presented and approved
Team player who supports both onshore and offshore teams with requests/questions

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. Additional relevant certifications are a plus. Such as CPA, CFA, or CMA
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
ERP systems knowledge required; SAP is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel as well as knowledge in Oracle/Hyperion financial tools is a plus
Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements
Strong organizational skills - proven ability to organize others and plan actions to meet deliverables
Demonstrated ability to work and think independently, interpret and exercise professional judgment, and creatively problem solve
