Job Description

Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will be tasked with organizing and coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and assisting with administrative tasks. This role offers an opportunity for a long-term contract employment in a vibrant and dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage project meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and prepared.

- Record meeting notes accurately and distribute them to the relevant team members.

- Track and manage project action items, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.

- Coordinate project activities and make sure they align with the overall project timeline and objectives.

- Communicate changes to the project plan effectively to all stakeholders.

- Create follow-ups with project plan activities to ensure tasks are being completed.

- Use tools like Atlassian Jira, CRM, and Microsoft Excel to manage and track project activities.

- Assist with administrative tasks related to the project, ensuring smooth project operations.

- Liaise with different teams and facilitate communication, ensuring everyone is on the same page about project progress and requirements.

- Leverage your knowledge of budget processes and contracts to ensure project financials are managed effectively. Requirements – Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management tasks

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage customer relationships

- Familiarity with database management and related software

- Knowledge and understanding of EO/IR systems

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

- Experience with About Time for time tracking and project management

- Understanding of budget processes and financial planning

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders

- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous
