Job Description

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing industry, based in WOODRIDGE, Illinois. This role involves testing and deploying PLM solutions, providing ongoing technical support to end users, and architecting solutions to ensure effective use of product lifecycle management systems.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct analysis of the current technology infrastructure and its ability to support business objectives.

- Lead in the collection of business requirements and analyze complexity to recommend efficient solutions.

- Access technologies and create technical specifications, process diagrams, and review data models for application development.

- Ensure that all development and/or corrective software has been fully tested and documented.

- Work alongside IT Management to identify risks and recommend steps for escalation, prioritization, and risk mitigation.

- Evaluate and implement third-party software solutions as needed and advise IT management of software purchases and/or version upgrades.

- Drive technical design decisions and maintain project documentation, deliverables, plans, schedules, and status reports.

- Deploy applications through development, testing, training, and production environments.

- Perform root cause analysis for issues in the production environment.

- Prepare and maintain documentation such as user guides, training materials, and application technical documents.

- Work with customers of all levels to provide group or one-on-one training.

- Complete other duties as assigned. Requirements – Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the manufacturing industry

- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum

- Solid understanding of Business Process Functions and Business Requirement Document

- Experience with Claim Administration and Teamcenter

- Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and present actionable insights

- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with different teams

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to foresee potential obstacles and make strategic adjustments
