We are offering an exciting opportunity for a SAP S4 Hana OTC Business Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role will involve reviewing business processes, identifying strategies for improving business efficiency, and ensuring that business strategies and processes are executed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze operational, financial, and technological risks within OTC and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies

- Leverage expertise in Information Systems to guide business users in the application of information and best practices

- Assist in the testing of changes in the SAP OTC domain and identify any issues in SAP OTC processes and related interfaces

- Provide support to business users in SAP OTC IDOC EDI mappings and issue resolution

- Contribute to the maintenance, testing and improvement of business and systems operations

- Utilize knowledge of Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Epicor, AB Testing, Business Process Functions, and Change Management to enhance business processes

- Help in the creation and management of Business Requirement Documents and Configuration Management

- Use skills in SAP OTC for business efficiency and process improvemen

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Hands on experience with SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) configuration

- Broad knowledge of SAP OTC end to end business processes

- Sound hands on knowledge of EDI-IDOC Interface mappings

- Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies

- Ability to communicate Functional & Technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

- Ability to work after normal business hours without prior notice in case of a system disruption or equipment failure, etc.,

- Good to have, but not mandatory, working knowledge of SAP EMM processes.
