Student will access old student conduct records from multiple sources, then add certain information to a spreadsheet based on requirements from the office of the Illinois Secretary of State. Based on the spreadsheet criteria, records will be prepared for storage or disposal.

Student will also create a file system for physical files from before student conduct records were kept electronically.

Required Qualification(s)

General experience with Microsoft Excel.

Desired Qualification(s)

Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite products.

Pay Rate $14.00 Location Grayslake Total Hours per week Up to 20 Work Schedule

Flexible between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
