What You Will Do :

The Bulk Fuel Ops Research Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

+ Analyze, model and develop reports on worldwide operations and combatant command plans (i.e., fuel feasibility analysis, services bulk fuel capability readiness, etc.) on requirements and issues impacting the GBFMD Mission.

+ Develop analysis and modeling of data sources in support of GBFMD assessments, wargaming and exercise scenarios.

+ Support the development of modeling and measuring techniques; utilize mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, operational mathematics techniques.

+ Write reports documenting data analysis, tool design and development, and test results.

+ Provide support to studies, fuel conferences, exercises, and real-world events.

What You Will Need :

+ An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ THREE (3) years experience in logistics or supply chain or military or higher HQ or fuel

+ US Citizenship

What Would Be Nice To Have :

+ An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

+ Experience with Global Bulk Fuels program

+ Experience managing large logistics projects

+ Experience with DLA, USTRANSCOM, or COCOMs

+ Organizational and project management skills and the ability to work within a matrixed environment

+ Excellent verbal and written communications skills

+ Experience working in environment with frequent customer contact.

+ Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrated analytical, quantitative reasoning, mathematical and problem-solving skills
