What you’ll bring

Required:? Proven experience building and executing strategy to enter and expand into new markets and drive product and program adoption, with a focus on higher education.? Strong understanding of and experience working with post-secondary partner organizations and associations to scale program adoption.? Comfort working both independently and as part of a cross-functional, distributed team.? Possess a passion for education and deep commitment to the Intuit for Education mission of empowering students to become the most financially literate generation.? Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; Ability to persuade, communicate vision and motivate individuals at every level, collaborative working style.? Strong public speaking skills to represent Intuit for Education internally and externally in meetings and at conferences and events.? Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.? Experience collecting and tracking data related to product/program adoption and implementation and using this information to drive programmatic decisions.? Capability to work remotely with ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Preferred:? Expertise in post-secondary education and knowledge of key roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, associations and partners at 2- and 4- year institutions.? Prior experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred? Experience working in the global post-secondary market to support future program expansion? Experience managing and leading a dynamic and distributed team.

How you will lead

The Intuit for Education team, part of Corporate Responsibility, is focused on helping future generations be better prepared for jobs and life through the development of personal and entrepreneurial finance skills. We believe that every learner, regardless of their zip code, deserves the opportunity to be financially confident. Knowing that institutions are asked to do more today than ever before, we are also committed to providing free resources and support needed to feel confident helping all learners succeed.To this end, we are seeking a high-energy, hand-on and results-oriented leader to refine and execute the strategy and lead adoption of our free Intuit for Education courses in the 2- and 4- year post-secondary education market, with a particular focus on First Year Experience (FYE), peer-to-peer programs, and NIL/athletics. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and nurturing relationships with decision makers at post-secondary institutions and associations to maximize growth opportunities. You will run experiments to help develop and drive key learnings to inform and continue to iterate on our strategy. As a member of the Intuit for Education leadership team, you will also collaborate with marketing, product development, and programs and partnerships teams in support of collectively achieving our goals and mission.
