Sales Planning Support Specialist

Job Description

As a Part-Time Support Specialist on the Sales Planning team, you will be performing a mixture of administrative duties and ongoing project support work. In this role, having an “owner’s mindset” paired with your initiative and curiosity will take you a long way.

You’ll receive encouragement to explore opportunities and actively participate in a collaborative environment, enhancing your business acumen. This position will be a year-round role. You will be working remotely with our team based all over the United States. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

+ Reporting – Responsible for creating and delivering sales reports to different internal stakeholders.

+ You’re Part of a Team – Work closely with Sales Planners, Account Executives, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure the accuracy of account plans.

+ Special Projects – Contribute to ad hoc projects that will drive the business forward.

+ Manage competing priorities – Juggle multiple and conflicting priorities that will have specific time constraints.

We’re Looking for Someone With

+ Ability to work part-time fup to 25 hours per week (during business hours)

+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLookup, Formulas, etc) and PowerPoint

+ Ability to demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
