Job Description
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Successful completion of apprenticeship training and certification required
+ Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar position
+ Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems certification(s)
+ Experience working with tools, including hand and electrical tools
+ Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
+ Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must have at least 2 of these certifications – HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical
