Job Description

The Senior Specialist, HRConnect Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to enhance the knowledge and skills of our HRConnect team.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led workshops, webinars, and training materials.

+ Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the HRConnect team.

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts and HRConnect leaders to ensure training content is aligned with the HR processes and procedures.

+ Manage the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of learning programs, ensuring seamless execution and participation.

+ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators, adjusting as necessary.

+ Stay updated on industry best practices and HRConnect processes to ensure training materials are current and compliant.

+ Assist in creating and organizing training schedules and calendars to ensure smooth training delivery.

+ Manage the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user account setup, course content uploads, and troubleshooting user issues.

+ Provide additional support for HRConnect Operations as needed, including assisting with onboarding processes.

Significant Work Activities: Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day) is required

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ 5 years of HR experience

+ Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation of learning programs, preferably in a corporate environment.

+ Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and various training delivery methods.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.

+ Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.

+ Certification in training and development is a plus.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. + This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ?
