Job Description

Seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to develop hardware interfacing solutions for the SLQ-32(V)7 SEWIP BLK3 Low Band Transmit Slat Array, Low Band Receive Slat Array, and High Band Receive Aperture Assembly test stations. Responsibilities include creating drawings, developing requirements, integrating and prototyping hardware, and supporting test capability development through system wiring diagrams. The role involves collaborating with various engineers to prototype, integrate, and stand up hardware solutions for fleet asset sustainment, updating system wiring, and reviewing changes in Cameo systems modeler. Additionally, the position requires the development of wiring diagrams in Solid Edge.

Hard Skills

+ 2-3+ years of experience in PCB design and hardware interfacing

+ Wiring diagram development using Solid Edge

+ Understanding of electrical and digital circuit concepts and analysis

+ Experience in Electrical Engineering with PCB design

+ Experience with electronic circuit design (Analog and Digital, mixed signal)

+ Full life cycle electronic development experience

Soft Skills

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

+ Experience with Altium, OrCAD, or Cadence

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 10 Month(s) or contract-to-hire position depending on talent preference.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomfield, Indiana and some days remote.

Work Environment

Onsite 3-4 times per week, working in an engineering development office and occasionally in a test lab, within a division of 100+ engineers
