The role involves overseeing projects, providing engineering support, permitting and designing for solid waste facilities, overseeing construction operations, and conducting air quality permits.

Work Environment

Located in a newly opened office on the outskirts of West Des Moines with an open space concept, the work environment includes design, project management, and other support teams. The role requires periodic field visits to meet with the construction team and clients, as well as in-office collaboration with the design team and other project managers. The office hosts a range of experience from upper leadership to entry-level engineers, facilitating collaboration. The team engages in social outings and frequent brainstorming sessions, fostering a close-knit group aiming to provide exceptional project experiences and take pride in their work.
