Job Title: Entry Level Picker/Packer

Job Description

+ packing products daily, engaging in light assembly tasks, loading boxes, and handling finished goods on a production line

+ catching’ finished baked goods on trays, cleaning duties, labeling packages, operating tape machines, and palletizing

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Harvard, Illinois.

Work Environment

This position is based in a very clean, temperature-controlled, well-lit, and brand new facility powered by solar panels. The facility is GMP certified and caters to international shipments to over 12 countries. All employees start their day at 8:30am on Mondays, regardless of their assigned shift. Shift options include A Shift Days (5am-5pm), B Shift Nights (5pm-5am), C Shift Days (5am-5pm), and D Shift Nights (5pm-5am), with specific days assigned based on the shift. Pay for associates starts at $16.50 with a $2 night shift differential. Additionally, there is a $1.50 pay increase upon permanent hire. Dress attire in this GMP environment includes steel-toed boots, eye protection, ear protection, hard hats, and high visibility neon vests.
