Looking for a Tier 1 customer support specialist that has basic experience in IT. This candidate will be taking in bound calls and they will be creating tickets from there to escalate them to the tier 2 or tier 3 team. On occasion they will be expected to solve some of these issues on their own which is why they need to have basic IT experience.

Skills and Requirements

1-2+ years basic IT experience is preferred but not necessary if they have a great personality

Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills Has the ability to solve basic IT issues on their own (password resets, etc.) Ticketing experience (ServiceNow) null
