NOTE: This is a hybrid position and will require 2 days per week in-office.

You will be a key member of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness sales team working with our customers to offer expertise and advisor guidance to support the business and sales team in how our solutions will meet their unique needs. Major product brands include: UpToDate, UpToDate Lexi-Drug, Medi-Span and UpToDate Patient Engagement Solutions.

The ideal candidate is driven, passionate for solving complex problems facing the healthcare organizations. This role is deeply engaged with both new business and existing accounts, is integrated with the outside sales team, while also liaising with marketing, product marketing, product management, customer service and implementation specialists assisting sales reps to understand the depth and breadth of clinical drivers, medical verbiage, regulatory requirements, and clinical employee needs.

Essential Duties

Provide technical expertise to the sales team to meet or exceed established sales goals, including top-line revenue growth, market share objectives and quota achievement by:

+ Supporting the NAP sales team on client calls, in-person meetings, demos, and throughout the sales cycle by serving as a subject matter expert in our data and analytics to help customers realize additional value and leverage our solutions to improve patient care.

+ Using statistical tool and techniques to explore and analyze data, identify patterns, relationships, and trends.

+ Proactively developing new insights, based on clinician usage data promoting the evolution of analytics to increase insight generation, root-cause identification, and best-practice adoption

+ Build the foundation for the CMO, CNO, Chief Analytics Officer and CMIO to envision how the product solution suite supports both business needs and clinical outcomes.

+ Delivering customer presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to customer stakeholders to help influence the buying decision process.

+ Understanding of competitive landscape and familiarity with healthcare industry, capable of serving as a value-added consultant to customers on both CE and competitive products.

+ Collaborate with Product Management, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to provide voice of the customer feedback to help improve our solutions and services.

+ Stay abreast of competitive activity and industry trends.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

+ 5+ years experience delivering data insights to provider organization (inpatient or ambulatory setting)

+ Strong working knowledge of the healthcare industry

+ Healthcare background (i.e., IT, Clinical Informatics would be ideal)

+ Proven skill set that enables successful relationships with numerous levels of healthcare professionals.

+ Exceptional presentation skills to help convey both the clinical and technical benefits of all Clinical Effectiveness solutions to a variety of customer stakeholders.

+ Speaks the language of a large health system, applying knowledge of roles and responsibilities, departmental organization dynamics and the realities of providing clinical care at scale.

+ Self-starter and independent thinker, with the aptitude to work autonomously.

+ Proven analytic and problem-solving skill.

Travel:

Up to 25% travel

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700

This role is eligible for Commission.
