Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

+ This role is 100% remote. Candidates must reside in Bentonville, AR or Chicagoland areas.

+ Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with ULs current customers or new to market service offerings over all related industries.

+ Develops market assessments, value added propositions and strategies with BU/Divisional leadership, operations, and sales to generate revenue growth and achieve goals.

+ Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.

+ Develops and coordinates executive presentations and de-briefings.

+ Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies, goals and plans.

+ Focuses on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided, and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of new and key customers.

+ Responsible for an opportunity pipeline and business portfolio to produce financial results at a min.

+ level of 6 x aggregated annual total comp.

+ May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.

+ University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Business Administration, Marketing or a related disciplines. Advanced Degree (MBA or related) preferred

+ 7+ years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.

+ Demonstrated ability in key technical areas including: Information, Data and Intelligence; Systematically Managing Customer Relationships and Pursuits; Strategy and Market Orientation; and Managing an Opportunity Pipeline of Business.

+ Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling value-add strategy approach.

+ Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.
