Job Description
Description: Our financial services client is looking for a Application Support Lead to join their team in Chicago, IL!
Required Experience:
- Strong working experience in cloud computing principles, specifically related to Amazon Web Services
- Knowledge of cloud computing principles, specifically related to Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- PowerShell or Python scripting for automation and/or change requests
- Collaboration with other teams
- Control-M
- Heavy Windows and SQL environment
- Prior experience within an Oracle and Linux in the environment is a nice to have.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines for application platforms
- Experience directly assisting customers and resolving their issues
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues on desktops and servers
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working on cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of information processing and principles
- Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
- Experience with desktop and server operating systems, including MS Windows, Server, and Office products
Top Skills Details:
