Job Description

Kelly is seeking a Training Technician for a Premier Client in Woodhull, IL. As a Training Technician assistant, you will coordinate with the Training Technician to coordinate onboarding for all full-time and contract workers for the site.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and delivers standard or established training programs in designated area(s)

May assist with scheduling, planning and preparation of training programs and track training program attendance and progress.

Document training in computer systems and evaluate to ensure compliance

Coordinate with on-site Leadership team on training needs

Requirements:

Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office software

Familiar with office machines (printer, copier, etc)

Familiar with safety and training methods (recommended)

Comfortable speaking to a group

Able to follow scheduled task while working independently

Ability to walk for extended periods

Able to lift and comfortable using a class A fire extinguisher

Able to independently complete online training

Shift- Monday- Friday 6am-230pm, may need to flex shifts at times to accommodate off-shift workers at times, some overtime may be needed during peak seasons or urgent training needs.
