Hiring for a Payroll Administrator (hybrid)

Job Description
Join our team as a Payroll Administrator, where you will be responsible for a wide range of record keeping and payroll processing activities. Your tasks will include processing wage and salary payments, auditing time entries, and calculating and processing special checks. You will also manage new hire paperwork and terminations, utilize and support automated time and attendance software, and perform daily and weekly audits associated with payroll operations. Additionally, you will handle general inquiries regarding payroll and time/attendance, ensuring efficient operations within our HR department.
Hard Skills
+ 2+ years of payroll experience
+ Experience with high volume payroll processing
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel (using formulas, sorting and filtering data, Vlookup)
+ Experience with Time and Attendance Software
+ Knowledge of Payroll Software
Work Environment
Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm. Occasional overtime may be expected (around 3-5 hours/week), depending on business needs.
