Hours: Monday through Friday

8am-5pm

Hybrid: 2 days remote and will be in office downtown in Merchandise Mart (60654)

Qualifcations:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 2+ years of forecasting, analytics, or supply chain operations experience.

- Experience with learning and mastery of modern analytics tools.

- Experience summarizing large amounts of data.

- Experience with S&OP processes and forecasting software, with some statistical knowledge.

- Experience in Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, data comparisons, and validation); and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with SQL.

Description:

As Business Analyst, you will help with the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Demand Forecasting tools and processes. Support team through collaboration with Demand Planners. Understand basic relationships of systems and business processes. Apply critical thinking skills to help with root cause analysis and partner with technical teams for resolution. You will report to a Digital Product Manager.

- Collaborate with partners in Demand Planning, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and Data Science to guide key initiatives.

- Support business process owners in the analysis, testing, and implementation of system and process improvements.

- Document functional requirements for system fixes and enhancements; collaborate with technical partners to ensure delivery.

- Support all aspects of system and scenario testing. Oversee Defect and Inquiry Logs. Review User submissions and identify/communicate resolution or next steps.

- Help develop and maintain analytical and demand forecasting tools.

- Perform in-depth root cause analysis for identified data/reporting, system/functional, or process pain points.

- Summarize and communicate issue and resolution recommendations to Demand Forecasting partners.

- Identify recurring themes to inform enhancements or training opportunities.

- Provide guidance and training to our broader Demand Forecasting team.
