Job Title: Payroll Analyst

Job Description

Join our dynamic team to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local tax requirements. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve payroll-related issues, analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies, and participate in system enhancements to streamline processes. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining compliance and enhancing payroll efficiency.

Hard Skills

+ Experience in multi-state payroll administration

+ Proficiency in payroll software such as SAP GV, ADP, and Workday

+ Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Soft Skills

+ Excellent analytical skills

+ High attention to detail

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Weekly.
