Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking financial analysts who are quick thinkers and can identify cost-saving inefficiencies through investigative analysis. You will collaborate closely with the CFO, Director of Operations, Sr Analyst, and Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in financial reporting, a variety of financial analysis types, and manufacturing experience. The ability to pull data from software to Excel for analysis, resolve accrual discrepancies, and assist with month-end processes are key components of this role. Duties:

+ Majority of time investigating metrics and issues through financial analysis

+ Identifying errors and presenting solutions to leadership

+ Inventory monitoring and cost analysis

+ Profit related reporting and analysis

+ Pull data from software to Excel to analyze

+ Resolving accrual discrepancy

+ Work on special projects

+ Assist with month-end if needed

+ Additional administrative task as assigned

Hard Skills

+ 3-6 years of investigative financial analysis

+ Manufacturing industry experience

+ Advanced Excel knowledge

+ SAP preferred

Soft Skills

+ Ability to think on feet

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Type

+ This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

+ This is a fully on-site position in Wheeling, Illinois.

Work Environment

+ On-site from 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Opportunities to work from home occasionally for appointments or travel, in a team-oriented office setting.
