Job Description

Responsible for managing specific aspects of the credit risk of customers and the collection of open account receivable balances. This role involves supervising Credit & Collection Analysts, providing direction to staff to meet collection goals, and reporting directly to the Manager, Credit & Collections. Key responsibilities include managing customer credit risk, supervising collections, preparing and reviewing reports, handling special accounts, and supervisory responsibilities.

Must Have Skills

+ 5+ years of Credit/Collections experience

+ 3+ years of Supervisor experience

+ Oracle or large ERP experience

+ Intermediate Excel skills

Work Environment

The position requires working 3 days in office, with flexibility on the days, but typically Tuesday to Thursday. There may be a need for additional days in the office initially. The Credit Supervisor will report to the Credit Manager and work alongside a team of 7-8 individuals including collectors, sr. credit analysts, and credit analysts.
