Position Summary

+ Provide mid-level support on technical solutions and architecture within our consumer facing identity solutions. Support driving automation and scalability as the standard approach for solutions. Provide mid-level support for debugging issues and driving resolution. Support application testing, upgrades and accessibility issues.

Required Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience with either Microsoft Azure or AWS or GCP

+ 2+ years of experience working with Identity and Access Management concepts

+ 1+ year of experience providing technology support debugging issues and driving resolution

+ Knowledge in Information Technology mobile and/or web architecture

+ Execute tasks with limited oversight

+ Follow documented procedures effectively and consistently

+ Should be able to apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Essential understanding of mobile application architecture for iOS and Android

+ Essential understanding of web application architecture

+ Essential understanding of authentication technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect or Similar

+ Essential understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles

+ Essential understanding of cyber threats and vulnerabilities

+ Essential understanding of incident handling procedures

+ Essential understanding of new and emerging cybersecurity technologies

+ Essential understanding of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and regulations

Education

+ Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 – $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
