Job Description
1.General job duties. Types of procedures required:
Provide evaluation/treatment in outpatient/med surg setting
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Epic documentation, general therapy gym equipment
3.Required skills and minimum years of experience.
PT IL licensure,
4.Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)-
CPR/BLS
5.Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) General shift 8-430 with lunches/breaks
6.Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) Float to med surg/outpatient. If census is low, discuss option to float to sister hospital in Urbana IL
7.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
Med surg is approximately 80 beds.
8.Dress Code:
