Job Description
Provide production support (including on-call rotation), enhancement requests, and project development. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft code utilizing the appropriate technology to match the requirements. Provide thorough internal program documentation and use available utilities to simplify tasks. Apply object-oriented programming principles to design and develop in an effort to re-use existing code and conduct and participate in code walkthroughs. Develop and coordinate system and system integration test plans. Create and stage test data. Perform and coordinate multiple Test levels within and across various systems and platforms for large size projects. Assist quality assurance testing teams. Provide input to peers, management, and application owners for recommendations and alternate solutions and/or improvements. Convey and ensure the understanding of technical strategies and vision to project participants. Convey problems, solutions, and updates on projects and their status to peers, customers, and management. Prepare design and technical documentation for the software projects assigned. Follow standards for internal documentation of new or modified objects to facilitate future upgrades. Prepare time estimates for all phases of technical projects. Function as a technical leader on appropriate projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and maintain plans for large size projects. Evaluate estimates against actual results. Recommend improvements in technical processes. Actively participate in post-implementation reviews.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Employer requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in HCM technologies.

Of the required experience, must have:

5 years of experience with PeopleCode development;
5 years of experience with SQR development;
5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Implementation and Support;
5 years of experience with Oracle SQL;
5 years of experience with each of the following: PeopleSoft Security, PeopleSoft Compensation, PeopleSoft e-Performance, PeopleSoft Payroll, and PeopleSoft Self Service including ESS and MSS;
5 years of experience with Integration Broker in PeopleSoft;
5 years of experience with PeopleSoft to Third Party integration;
5 years of experience with XML Publisher;
2 years of Data Conversion or Integration Experience from PeopleSoft to other HCM SaaS platforms.

Additional Information
The pay range for this role is $144,560 - $154,560/ year. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
