Job Overview

We have a newly created opportunity for a Lead Business Analyst - Logistics & Warehouse to join our global IT team. This role is working onsite and can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O'Hare). In this role you will have responsibility for the design, implementation and improvement of the SAP ECC, S4 Hana and EWM systems related to Warehouse and Logistics, for identified business units.

Key Job Responsibilities

Responsibility for the design, implementation and improvement of the SAP ECC, S4 Hana and EWM systems related to Warehouse and Logistics, for our NARGM and KMC global business units
Monitor integration points between SAP ECC or S4 Hana and EWM, troubleshoot and support integration errors and work with internal IT to resolve issues
Defines requirements, scope, and objectives related to overall business strategies
Researches, troubleshoots, and mitigates transactional and other ERP issues and makes recommendations as formal proposals/presentations to senior leaders
Directs and guides the work of junior analysts, serves as a team leader
Serves as project manager and provides leadership, mentorship, and support to team members
Configures functions and workflow to facilitate EWM/WM/IL integration with other applications
Analyzes the information needs of the business in order to determine the most useful business solutions application
Translates business requirements into warehousing solutions
Analysis of global business processes and procedures
Recommending approaches for new or improved supply chain processes
SAP configuration, testing of processes and troubleshooting of software or business problems
Participating in and supporting Warehouse and Logistics in SAP or S4 project rollouts and enhancements
Working flexible hours in order to provide global support and to meet deadlines for projects where there are team members from various time zones


Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, IT or a related field
8+ years of progressive experience to include: Configuring, testing and supporting SAP EWM, WM and Inventory and Logistics, as well as assisting SAP business users on standard functionality and business processes and testing of new functionality and leading
Knowledge of software application architecture, programming, software engineering, relational database theory and design, and project management
Previous project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
Previous experience leading, mentoring, and coaching junior employees.
Business knowledge should include all phases of system development, from analysis though project planning, through implementation and support
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills
