What You Will Do

Join us as a Support Engineer specializing in Panduit Intelligent hardware and software products. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring client success post-sales, focusing on our Energy Management and DCIM solutions. Your responsibilities will involve tackling high-level, intricate customer issues across various product lines. Collaborating closely with Development, Product Management, and Customer Experience teams, you'll provide exceptional support that goes beyond expectations in helping to resolve often complex customer issues and helping to build and maintain our customer base.

This role demands a deep understanding of complex engineering and software systems, enabling you to resolve unique challenges for our international customer base with discretion and independent judgment. It's a dynamic position that may require on-call availability, weekend support, and travel to customer data centers, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support at all times.
  • Lead resolution of complex networking, software, and hardware issues directly with customers.
  • 2nd line support post-sales.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on Roadmap and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development to address complex customer issues.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and deliver detailed solutions on features.
  • Assist Technical Support Manager in optimizing support processes across the organization.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • Required Years of Experience: 7+ years experience installing and/or managing advanced computerized applications
  • Preferred Certifications: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MSCA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Data Curation Education Program (DCEP).
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
