Responsibilities

 

Duties: The Manufacturing Integration Engineer Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in Oak Brook, IL will lead with the Precision team to deliver innovative solutions aiding customers to be more productive, save time, lower costs, and operate sustainably. The duties include developing, designing, and planning equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities. Evaluating worker productivity and recommending improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reducing waste and delays, and promoting cost control/reductions. Developing metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output and identifying equipment and process flow bottlenecks. Establishing accident prevention measures, planning and scheduling training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operation, and ensuring compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines. Determining facility specifications, including analysis and evaluation of location, material resources, and structural design. Resolving technical problems and recommends production improvement. Up to 15% travel required to CNH locations domestically and globally, as needed. Telecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week. Salary: $145,038-$166,100/year.

 


Qualifications

 

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, plus three years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer or related occupation. The experience must include three years of experience with each of the following: (1) Monitoring quality and process improvements; (2) Reviewing and implementing new product and process development; (3) Product Part Approval Process (PPAP); (4) Quotation, cost analysis, and capital procurement processes; (5) Preparing and deploying improvements in tool or equipment design; (6) Evaluating production processes for compliance with quality requirements; (7) Inspecting and Calibrating auditing tools; and (8) Participating in quality audits, developing audit reports, and following-up on audits.
