Job Description
The Well-being Program Coordinator oversees administrative operations and strategic initiatives within the Well-being and Recreation Cluster in the Division of Student Affairs. Responsibilities include administrative affairs, strategic planning, fiscal management, and collaborative outreach efforts. This role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a commitment to advancing well-being and recreation initiatives within the university community. The Coordinator plays a crucial role in optimizing operational efficiency, cultivating partnerships, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of the Well-being and Recreation Cluster.
The Well-being and Recreation Cluster of departments includes: Student Health Services, Student Counseling Services, Campus Recreation, Redbird Esports and Health Promotion and Wellness. The Executive Director, Well-being and Recreation also leads campus-wide initiatives to support a culture of well-being.
