We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead architectural projects, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Utilize software such as Revit and Bluebeam for design tasks
- Conduct project scheduling and resource allocation
- Oversee project quality control and assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Office 365, and other relevant software
- Ability to draft architectural plans and details accurately
- Experience in CAD drafting and project scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
