Duties:  Responsible for the successful development and delivery of all activities related to achieving sustainability objectives for projects; demonstrate a proactive approach on meeting efficiency and clarity; translate technical requirements based on the audience and stakeholders; conduct project team meetings and provide written and oral comments, agendas, and minutes assigning ownership; guide team in the implementation of sustainability strategies within budget and schedule for projects and proactively manage any project-related issues; manage internal financials on assigned projects, such as project set up, invoices, and account receivables; complete LEED, WELL, Fitwel, and ILFI Zero Carbon documentation including plans and calculations; demonstrate subject matter expertise on energy performance optimization, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials and resources, policies and programs, and sustainability in the built environment; demonstrate high energy for the business, ability to energize others, and the willingness to take risks and make tough decisions; maintain, develop, source, and cultivate client relationships and manage conflict resolution; uphold the use and application of all firm-provided technology; and demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all firm-provided technology. May telecommute.

Requirements: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, Sustainability and Development, Sustainable Design or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or sustainability-related occupation.

Experience must include:

• Communicating and translating technical requirements for LEED, Fitwel, WELL & WELL Health Safety Certification;
• Sustainable design and construction administration of sustainability goals, architectural design & commissioning process and how it overlaps with building certifications;
• Architectural and MEP systems in new buildings, retrofits, and construction of tenant spaces;
• USGBC, GBCI, IWBI processes and procedures for LEED, Fitwel, and WELL certification;
• Developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients;
• Computer graphics software such as Adobe Acrobat OR Bluebeam Revu;
• Performing technical analysis with tools such as CoveTool or LightStanza; and
• Sustainable design concepts including Operational & Embodied Carbon, Health & Wellness and Materials.
