Commercial Product Manager, Seating and Positioning Products

You will oversee
assigned products in a similar manner as a business owner, driving revenue
growth and profitability of his/her assigned portfolio of products, services,
and/or solutions throughout the entire lifecycle.

You must understand key stakeholder needs and provide the regional voice to
product development and other cross-functional teams in order to develop and
maintain a streamlined portfolio of products using modularization, improvement
of clinical outcomes, and value-engineering as key strategic inputs to bring
short-term and long-term value for Permobil.
Create
 and maintain a strategic product roadmap for the business region with
 clear financial impacts
Monitor and analyze the latest market trends, competitors and changes in funding regulations
Monitor and analyze volumes, integrated margins of the assigned portfolio within each market
Reguarly present, defend and discuss strategic initiatives surrounding the portfolio together with marketing team members from the region to assure market and customer needs are being met
Establish fully developed rationales and business cases for new product development and key product improvements, and engage internal stakeholders to capture the complete picture

Creating
 Market Requirements Specifications (MRS including reimbursement
 requirements) and input on how the products shall be sold in the Go to
 Market Strategy and Configure-Price-Quote)
Establish
 a clear value proposition for each product together with Integrated Marketing
Ensure
 that the product put to market fulfils applicable regulations, laws, policies
 and agreements concerning product management and marketing in the region
Serve
 as key provider of market input (regional "voice") to Product Development
 and Technology projects
Continuously
 monitor KPIs and secure an active product portfolio, planning end-of-life
 and executing phase-out of products not yielding user/dealer interest or
 Permobil required results

Initiate phase out activites on products and options that are not comercially viable
Ensure clear transfer and interpretation of market needs and requirements to the organization for concept studies, development projects and improvement initiatives.

Responsible for that
 Customer Feedback process is in place within the Region and that factful
 product input is provided to the Technical Products Managers

Ensure that product quality is measured and monitored according to the Quality Agreement with Group Function R&D, Technical Product Management taking Customer Feedback and Complaint investigations into consideration

Ensure
 that Product Health reports are compiled and distributed
Define
 what shall be combined and soldin CPQ systems (Partrap,
 E-Con) based on the input from Technical Product
 Managers module analysis (flowchart rules) on what can be combined
 from a Technical documentation perspective.

Drive and organize local required approvals with relevant authorities (RAMQ/BNQ, etc.)
Develop product training and educational material in partnership with Integrated Marekting and Regional Clinical & Technical Education Teams
Analyze regional business performance and identify opportunities to drive growth and profitability
Lead pre-launch, launch and post-launch commercialization activities in the Americas region including go-to-market strategies for products
Define and implement regional commercial initiatives (campaigns, sales promotions, etc.) to generate demand in the region and to out perform competition
Develop Permobil-branded marketing materials and sales tools to support commercial programs and activities in partnership with Integrated Marketing
