Job Description
Manager, Operations Consulting (Multiple Positions), PwC US Consulting LLP, Chicago, IL. Provide expertise in operations strategy, product innovation and development, supply and demand planning, supply chain management, procurement and sourcing, service operations, manufacturing and logistics. Translate business strategy into effective operations to drive both growth and profitability. Assist clients with throughout transformation projects, including the design and implementation of changes to operations, including people, process, and technology changes. Use systems applications that support Operations-related processes. Lead project work streams, including project staffing, budgeting, planning and status updating. Supervise and coach teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Creating Salesforce dashboard and User testing PowerBI dashboard;
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative benchmarking and primary and secondary analyses of large and complex data;
- Using system applications that support one or more of the following: product lifecycle management, network optimization, planning/forecasting, merchandising, inventory management, sourcing/e-sourcing, maintenance, enterprise asset management, materials management, warehouse management, or transportation management; and,
- Performing pricing analysis and variance analysis.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% is required.
