Talent Acquisition Business Partner At A Glance
You are a Talent Acquisition Business Partner reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition and a member of the North America Group at Kraft Heinz Company. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment strategies, delivering diverse talent pools, and building pipelines for the future. You will curate a network of key talent in support of organizational planning needs and propose initiatives to attract a diverse and expansive workforce. You will maintain excellent relations with all collaborators and guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process.

* Architect and implement talent acquisition strategies
* Perform full lifecycle recruiting and oversee candidate identification, outreach, negotiation, and offer execution for active and future talent
* Deliver qualified and diverse slates
* Guide hiring managers and candidates through the recruitment and selection process
* Influence by providing informative market data that support growth-oriented hiring decisions
* Curate external relationships to advance the Kraft Heinz employer brand across markets and professional communities

* I am results-oriented individual with a keen eye for talent and excellent judgment who works independently to make things happen and who desires to lead change through to fruition
* I am committed to outstanding stakeholder management and have experience building credibility at all levels of an organization
* I have excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
* I am able to perform sedentary work: occasionally exerting 0-10 lbs. of force, limited movement from my workstation for brief periods of time
