It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can work remotely from anywhere in the United States, though monthly trips to Omaha and client locations are expected Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Join the FNTS executive team as the Vice President of Sales, where you will have direct influence over FNTS continued growth and success by ensuring our short- and long-term revenue expansion. The Vice President of Sales will provide the necessary skills and experience required to develop the business in an increasingly diverse IT service industry. As a team leader, you must have recent experience working in complex, ever-changing environments. You must be clear about the results you expect and devise strategies to achieve them all while appropriately guiding your team to get it accomplished.

The Vice President of Sales will lead a team to work directly with new and prospective clients developing solutions. You will need to be a leader with a keen eye towards developing client outcomes and business development. You must consistently demonstrate the ability to deliver at a high level of competency in growth and tenacity of the FNTS core business models.

Development and implementation of a strategic business plan and direct sales forecasting in line with our 5-year business strategy.
Sales methodology advancement, including pipeline development and forecast accuracy.
